Thanks a lot for helping and educating novices like us in the field of interior and wood work.
I am looking for sliding wardrobe as the space between the bed and wardrobe is very less. And for this, I met a person who provides services for the interior work who said that for wardrobes he will provide BWR ply in which there are thin rods of steel which will prevent the ply from bending. Does such type of ply exists.
Need your input and guidance on this.

I have not come across ply containing steel rods to avoid warping. There however is something called an adjustment fitting available which is like a tensioner that resists warping. Refer http://hettich.com/images/media_hg/g4_206-209_en.pdf

Hi Nandita ,
Can you please explain the sequence of works in an interior design project .. what needs to come after the other .I have a new flat ,the flooring is done ,though i want to change the flooring and make it wooden in one room only ..change the bathroom tiling and the santaryware .I Need to do false ceiling and also change the position of some electrical points ..there is also full carpentry work and painting works .
Ideally the work sequence should be
Civil (Tiling, Sanitary) & Electrical –> Woodwork & False Roofing –> Painting –> Wooden Flooring
