Thinking of building a storage cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. What is the best material for that? Will IS 303 MR ply work?

MR grade ply is not recommended for wet areas – you may use BWR Grade or BWP Grade ply/board

And membrane finish on ply will be better or mdf & why?
