SLIDING DOOR WHEELS

I HAVE SLIDING DOORS MADE OF ALUMINIUM AND 5MM THICKNESS GLASS OF 6 FEET HEIGHT X 3 FEET WIDTH, ON A 3 CHANNEL SLIDING DOOR OPENING TO THE BALCONY. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDING DOOR ROLLER WHEELS(PULLEY) AT THE BOTTOM. IT GETS DAMAGED EVERY 3 TO 4 MONTHS. IS THERE ANY PARTICULAR BRAND/ QUALITY OF ROLLER WHEELS THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND??
